TUN-6046 - Universal heat detector

The TUN-6046 programmable, microprocessor-based, addressable heat detectors is designed to identify fire hazards in rooms where a rapid temperature rise may occur in the first phase of the fire or the temperature may exceed a certain dangerous level. The detector can be programmed from the control panel. Depending from chosen temperature class detector can operate as fixed, rate-of-rase and fixed/rate-of-rase heat detector. It is also possible to change the detector class, adapting it to specific applications. According to the EN 54-5 standard it is possible to choose from A1, A2, B, A2S, BS, A1R, A2R or BR classes.

Variety

Adressable, universal heat detector

Application

The detector is designed to identify temperature rise which occurs in the first phase of a fire. It transmits alarm signal to the fire alarm control panel when a threat is identified. Detector can be programmed to operate as fixed, rate-of-rase and fixed/rate-of-rase heat detector.

Compatibility

Detectors operate on addressable lines/loops of POLON 3000/4000/6000 fire alarm control panels.
