VENO integration platform

The combination of all security and safety systems forms a coherent whole based on one software. Access to all information within a single panel provides a full view of a situation and enables events to be identified more quickly. VENO not only integrates the systems, but also all the tools that support the work of the administrator, operator, and user.

Thanks to the VENO software, it is possible to connect multiple types of security and safety systems such as video surveillance, access control, intrusion and hold-up alarm systems, fire alarm systems, and others provided from different manufacturers.

The interface of the VENO software is clear and graphically refined. It is designed to maximize ease of use to the operator. Convenient “drag-and-drop” transfer of icons enables an easy configuration of VENO in edit mode. In addition, large icons make it easy to operate on touchscreen monitors. VENO also enables working on multiple screens at the same time.

ALARM NOTIFICATION

Verification and control of incoming alarms from all the systems
Top bar alarm notifications are displayed with a detailed information about the system and device from which they come
Exclusion of missing an alarm- the alarm is further signaled by a transfer to a specific panel and change of a color while flickering the corresponding icon. The alarm disappears only when is confirmed by the operator.

ALARM COMMENT– it is possible to set the requirement to add a comment by the operator to the displayed alarm. The alarm will not disappear unless the comment is added.

FACILITY VISUALIZATION

Working with the VENO software begins with the implementation of a multi-level visualization of the facility. The level of visualization detail is determined by administrator’s needs and preferences – this software does not impose any restrictions. Depending on permissions granted by the administrator, the operator can have an access to all or selected facilities.

Adding maps, 2D plans, 3D views or facility photo
Possibility of uploading a picture of the entire complex of buildings, as well as particular buildings, floors, and rooms
Interactive icons – a ready-made library of icons for arrangement in the visualization and with a possibility of adding individual icons

NAVIGATION– convenient navigation through the visualization of the facility, thanks to the full-screen preview, zooming in and out of selected parts within one panel.

With interactive icons assigned to all devices working in a facility, the operator can see all these devices from CCTV, I&HAS, KD, and Fire Alarm systems in one visualization.Thus, the work becomes easier. It is possible to choose icons from a ready-made library or to add your own ones.

ADVANCED SCENARIOS OF REACTIONS TO ALARM EVENTS

Administrator can create advanced scenarios of system reactions to alarms in a quick and easy way
It is possible to select many items at once and assign specific reactions to them. Alarm response schemes can be assigned to one, several, or all operator centers or even to selected facilities within the entire installation. Automatic scenarios make the operators’ work easier.
Operation of the alarm scenarios is based on SCHEDULES
Depending on individual needs, the operator can create many different schedules related to the day of the week, time of the day, or specific events.

EVENT LOG

Information about events from all security and safety systems is automatically recorded in one data base
Advanced search module enables filtering events by date, system type, device type and many others (export to PDF and CSV)

NOTIFICATION VIA CLIENT APPLICATION, E-MAIL, OR SMS

Depending on the need or administrator’s settings, alarm notifications can only be seen on the local monitoring center. They can be sent to a selected group or to all of the operators. Information about alarms can also be communicated via e-mail or SMS, e.g. a system administrator or a person managing the facility’s technical condition.
