The ASO-1 active dust protection system is designed to preserve detector against dust and contaminants.
The ASO-1 active dust protection system is designed to preserve detector against dust and contaminants that could affect the DOP-6001 or DOP-6001R and cause the malfunction of the detector.
The active protection system prevents dust from entering the inside of the detector and settling on the glass shield which could cause the false alarms. It also prevents dust from settling on the mirror.
The ASO-1 active dust protection system consists of two covers – one for the mirror and one for the detector connected to the compressed air system.
A special airflow generated by the active protection system continuously prevents dust from entering the detector and settling on the windshield, which may cause false alarms.
