DOR-40 - Optical smoke detector

The DOR-40 optical smoke detector is designed to detect visible smoke which occurs during the flameless initial stage of a fire, when the material begins to smolder, i.e. usually long before the appearance of an open flame and a noticeable increase in temperature.

Type

Conventional optical smoke detector

Application

Detector is designed to identify smoke appearing in the first phase of a fire. Detector transmits the alarm signal to the fire alarm control panel when a threat is identified

Compatibility

The PUO-35EX detectors can operate in lines/loops of the IGNIS 1000/2000 or the ADC-4001M adapter side line in POLON 4000 fire alarm control panels
