New regulations at POLON-ALFA S.A.
Taking care of the highest standards, which are important elements of the organizational culture at POLON-ALFA S.A., a set of values has been created that are shared by all Employees.
The Code of Ethics is the first document that will be implemented. This document will enable the improvement of interpersonal relationships and work environment created within the company.
Next – Internal Whistleblowing System Regulations – as a tool for employees who have been enabled to report potential irregularities or unethical behavior safely and confidentially, among others, via dedicated app*.
The third is Policy for Preventing Corruption that is a key element in the operations of each company. Compliance to this Policy will show our commitment to create a transparent and honest business.
We believe that the regulations introduced will be a guidepost for Employees, Associates and Business Partners to create an ethical and safe work environment.
