The DUO-6046K duct smoke detector is designed to detect visible smoke that occurs during most of fires. It monitors the air in ventilation ducts where due to the cross-section of the duct, rapid air movement or other factors direct installation of the detector is not possible . WIth a high sensitivity to visible and non-visible smoke the DUO-6046K detector identifies all test fires characteristic of optical detectors.

Application
The DUO-6046K identifies all optical detector common test fires. It has a high sensitivity to visible and invisible smoke. It is an addressable detector equipped with an internal short-circuit isolator.
Compatibility
The detectors can operate on addressable lines/loops of fire alarm control panels of POLON 3000, POLON 4000 or POLON 6000 systems only.
