DOR-4043 processor-based optical smoke detector is designed to detect visible smoke at the initial stage of a fire, when the material is still smoldering, i.e. usually long before the appearance of an open flame and a noticeable increase in temperature. The DOR-4043 detector is an analog detector with an automatic sensitivity compensation, i.e. maintaining constant sensitivity in the event of progressive contamination of the measuring chamber and changes in pressure as well as condensation of water vapour.
Variety
Addressable,Distributed,Optical Smoke detector
Application
Allows to detect a fire in its initial stage, when the material is still smoldering, which usually occurs long before the open flame breaks out and the temperature rises noticeably. The detector has a strong resistance to wind and pressure changes. It has a high sensitivity to visible smoke.
Compatibility
DOR-4043 can operate in lines/loops of the POLON 3000, POLON 4100, POLON 4200 addressable fire alarm systems.
